Ingredients
  

1 shot espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)

1 cup milk (any milk – dairy or plant-based)

1 ½ tsp honey (adjust to taste)

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

A pinch of cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Brew coffee.

    If you got an espresso machine, flex it.

      If not, brew strong coffee.

        French press = bold.

          AeroPress = smooth.

            Instant coffee? Meh. But hey, sometimes survival mode.

              Step 2: Heat the milk.

                Small saucepan. Medium heat.

                  Don’t boil it, unless you like “burnt campfire milk” vibes.

                    Step 3: Add flavors.

                      While the milk warms, stir in honey, cinnamon, vanilla.

                        Whisk it or froth it.

                          Got no frother? Shake it in a jar like you’re bartending.

                            Step 4: Combine.

                              Espresso in the mug first.

                                Pour the honey-cinnamon milk slowly over.

                                  Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon because presentation matters even if it’s just for you.

                                    Step 5: Drink.

                                      First sip = life restored.

                                        Shoulders drop.
