1 small carrot, shredded

    Marinate the Shrimp

      Mix shrimp with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.

        Set aside for 10–15 minutes while you prep the slaw.

          Make the Slaw

            Combine cabbage, carrot, and cilantro in a bowl.

              Whisk yogurt (or mayo), lime juice, and salt in a small bowl, then toss with the veggies. Chill until serving.

                Grill the Shrimp

                  Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high.

                    Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly charred.

                      Warm & Assemble

                        Toast tortillas on a skillet or directly over a flame for 30 seconds per side.

                          Layer slaw, shrimp, drizzle with crema, and finish with your favorite toppings.
